About Clooney Enterprises

We have run this exact operation for rentals: turnovers, vendors, inspections and renovations, door after door. Clooney Enterprises is that experience, offered directly to owners.

Chris Leach brings 26 years in construction and the home business. On the rental operations side he has handled vendor coordination, maintenance scheduling, inspections, renovation and turnover projects, and vacancy tracking for rentals. Skilled trades are brought in as each job needs them. That means schedules that hold, budgets that are written down, and updates you do not have to ask for.
